The Spring 2026 Transitional RN Residency for experienced RNs is now accepting applications. If offered, the residency is scheduled to start on April 6, 2026. This position is for experienced RN's wanting to go into a Critical Care Residency Training Program with a minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting. Applications must be completed and submitted via the Internet only. Program availability is subject to change and will only run based on organizational needs. Register your interest in the event the Critical Care Residency takes place. Placement, interview, and location preferences are not guaranteed. Most or all positions available will be for the night shift. The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional able to demonstrate the following core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service. This course is designed to provide nurses with theoretical knowledge needed to provide holistic family-centered care to patients and family members and is targeted toward registered nurses who are new to critical care nursing.
