Registered Nurse- RN - Transitional Care Unit
About The Position
Join our team as a Registered Nurse on the Transitional Care Unit at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital. This is a 32-bed unit specializing in nursing care for Stroke, Neurological, Transplant, Orthopedic, and Cardiac patients aged 18 and older. The average patient length of stay is 2-3 weeks, providing an opportunity to connect and build relationships with patients during their recovery journey. We are seeking dedicated RNs to provide exceptional care in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere where you can grow your career, make a lasting impact, and advance your nursing skills by managing a wide range of diagnoses.
Requirements
- A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
- BLS provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
- Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
