Requirements
- A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
- A strong communicator with a heart for advocacy and family collaboration
- Ready to contribute to a team that values integrity, flexibility, and excellence
- Requires 3–5 years of related nursing experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Participation in staff development, quality improvement, and care coordination is expected
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in pediatric or developmental disability care (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in a pediatric residential setting
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans using your clinical judgment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, specialists, and families to meet the unique needs of each child
- Manage chronic conditions and provide preventative and episodic care
- Be a vital part of emergency response and advocate for the best care possible
- Support training and mentoring initiatives for other staff
- Participate in care planning meetings and help shape quality assurance efforts
