About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) with openings across multiple specialties including Cath Lab, PACU, OR, ICU, Emergency, and Acute Care. The role involves delivering patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation), maintaining safe and high-quality care standards aligned with hospital policies and AZ Board of Nursing guidelines, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and providing patient and family education as appropriate. Additionally, the role may involve supporting team operations and mentoring or precepting new staff. The facility is a ~100-bed hospital known for strong leadership, a supportive team culture, stability, and long-tenured leadership. Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
- Active Arizona RN license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Specialty-specific experience a plus
