Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Requirements

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Experience: Minimum one year in experience in Wound Care, Ostomy/continence required.
• License: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications: CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

Nice To Haves

• Wound Care Certification and CRRN preferred
