Registered Nurse (RN) - Swing Bed Coordinator
About The Position
The Registered Nurse - Swing Bed Coordinator role works collaboratively with all care team members to ensure the delivery of high quality, patient and family centered care. This role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Other Certifications as required by department.
- Experience: One year experience in an acute care setting preferred.
