Requirements
- RN License in good standing for the State of Michigan
- BLS and ACLS required
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities to provide effective supervision on a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during their shifts and ensuring quality patient care is delivered by monitoring resident conditions
- Delegating tasks and managing any emergencies that may arise
- Adhere to facility policies and regulations
