The Clinical Nurse II 12 AWS is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards, collaborating with patient/family and other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes.
