About The Position

This night shift role at Cascades at Riverwalk, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, focuses on delivering thoughtful, high-quality care to geriatric residents who require ongoing, around-the-clock support. The position involves working alongside experienced professionals in a team-oriented environment, emphasizing clinical growth and meaningful patient connections. Your clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassion will be crucial for the well-being of the residents.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license (Utah, in good standing)
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Experience with trach/vent care preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and report condition changes to providers and families
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure each resident's plan is followed
• Perform skilled nursing tasks (tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, wound care, etc.)
• Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
• Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and quality of care
