About The Position
This position is for a Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) at Cascades at Riverwalk, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Midvale, UT. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (Utah, in good standing)
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Experience with trach/vent care preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and report condition changes to providers and families
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure each resident's plan is followed
- Perform skilled nursing tasks (tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, wound care, etc.)
- Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
- Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and quality of care
