Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Mental Health or Long-Term Care for Adults experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
- Excellent critical thinking capability
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of consumer care and the application of the nursing process
- Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
- Supervise and lead CNAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed
