About The Position

At Pathways to Recovery, we serve 150 adults and Transitional Aged Youth (TAY)
who are taking their first steps back into the community after being in
long-term locked facilities. As our Registered Nurse, you aren't just checking
vitals—you are a critical navigator for people reclaiming their independence.
You provide the medical safety net that allows our members to focus on their
"health, hopes, and dreams."

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Empowerment Through Health: You’ll provide recovery-focused medical treatment and medication support, teaching members how to manage their own health journey.
• Community Integration: This isn't a desk job. You’ll be out in the field ensuring members get to the appointments and groups they need to succeed.
• Clinical Leadership: You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure that every "prescribed path" is safe, appropriate, and personalized.
• Advocacy: You’ll serve as a vital link for TAY (ages 16–25) and adults as they navigate the transition from institutional care to a life of autonomy.
