Our 10‑bed Extended Acute Care Residential Program provides a supportive
environment where nurses play a key role in both clinical care and recovery.

As a member of the nursing team at the Extended Acute Care Facility (EAC) in
Nazareth, PA , the Registered Nurse will enrich lives through maintaining
continuity of care by providing direct interaction with our adult program
residents and collaboration with the EAC care team. the RN will provide quality,
recovery focused, and holistic care to the individuals in the program, ensuring
that the physical health needs of those in the program are met.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited RN nursing program.
• Current license as an RN in Commonwealth of PA.
• Must be able to work with adults with mental disorders.
• Must have minimum of one year experience with adults.
• Must attend required pre-service and ongoing trainings.
• Must provide proof of RN certification renewals.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• evaluating health concerns
• conducting physical health assessments
• charting using an EMR system
• dispensing medication
• providing health education
• working closely with the program Psychiatrist
