Where You Will Work: Aurora Medical Center Washington County offers high-quality, patient centered care across two med/surg units, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for nurses at all stages of their careers. Both units care for a general Medical/Surgical patient population, offering nurses a broad and rewarding clinical experience that supports strong foundational skills and ongoing professional growth. Our Medical/Surgical teams are known for their strong RN tenure, reflecting a culture where nurses feel valued, supported, and engaged. About This Location: Aurora Medical Center Washington County is a 71-bed community-focused hospital located in Hartford, Wisconsin, proudly serving local and surrounding communities for over a century. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
