About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a flexible, high-energy RN to work across multiple Medical-Surgical units. Ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, patient-centered care, and working in a supportive team environment. Note: Must live within 60 minutes of the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Med-Surg experience
• Current Florida RN license or Multistate/Compact license (FL license required within 60 days if compact)
• Comfortable with 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and floating to multiple units
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Pass AHCA Level 2 background and fingerprinting

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on multiple Med-Surg units
• Perform patient assessments and support care planning
• Advocate for patients and families
• Follow unit protocols and maintain clinical excellence
