About The Position

This fast-paced 50-bed unit specializes in Cardiac Telemetry, caring for patients with a variety of complex cardiac diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, and A Fib. The unit also cares for post open heart surgical patients and some post cardiac interventional procedures (cardiac cath, pacemakers), and has a designated area for observation patients. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year minimum of Telemetry or Medical/Surgical nursing experience
