About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Cardiac ICU for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated Critical Care experience
- At least two (2) years of proficiency in IV Insertion and Phlebotomy
- At least two (2) years of experience with Conscious Sedation
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License with Primary Source Verification
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Proven competency in IV/Phlebotomy
Responsibilities
- Critical Care Management: Provide intensive nursing care to patients with life-threatening cardiac conditions, requiring constant monitoring and rapid intervention
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced skills in IV insertion and phlebotomy to support diagnostic and therapeutic efforts
- Sedation Oversight: Administer and monitor conscious sedation for bedside procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
- Advanced Monitoring: Manage complex cardiac equipment and interpret hemodynamic to guide patient care plans
