About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit for an exciting Travel or Local job in Utica, NY.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years ICU experience (SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU)
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required
- Active NY RN license (and any additional active RN licenses)
- EPIC EMR experience required
- CRRT experience required (Prismaflex preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Heart/CT experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care for critically ill ICU patients
- Manage high-acuity cases including neuro, cardiac, trauma, and post-operative patients
- Operate and monitor advanced ICU equipment including CRRT
- Float to other units as required (excluding Behavioral Health and ER unless holding)
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
