About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for adult patients in an ED/ICU Holding Unit. The RN will assess, monitor, and treat critically ill patients while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience
• ICU experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Nice To Haves

• Emergency Department experience
• Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers
• EPIC EMR experience

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill adult patients
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Perform emergency and ICU nursing interventions
• Document patient care in EMR
• Work closely with physicians and care teams
• Float to other units when required
