Join Pyramid Healthcare’s Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)—a “hospital without walls” providing life-changing mental health care directly in the community. Requirements

  • Active North Carolina RN license (required)
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Behavioral health, community health, or substance use experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and ACTT team members
  • Administer IM injections and monitor medication compliance
  • Manage medications (inventory, refills, and documentation)
  • Complete AIMS assessments (admission + every 6 months)
  • Take vitals and assist with prescriber visits
  • Educate clients and staff on medications and treatment plans
  • Provide services in the community (home visits, field-based care)
  • Participate in rotating on-call and crisis response
  • Transport clients to appointments and community resources
