Registered Nurse (RN) – ACTT (Community-Based Mental Health) 📍 Williamston, NC 💰 $65,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience) 🕘 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift + On-Call Rotation Make a Real Impact Beyond the Hospital Walls Join Pyramid Healthcare’s Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Williamston, NC—where nursing goes beyond the bedside. This is a unique opportunity to work in a “hospital without walls” model, delivering essential behavioral health services directly in the community to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who need it most. Requirements

  • Active North Carolina RN license (required)
  • Ability to work independently in community-based settings
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health, community health, or substance use preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary ACTT team
  • Monitor medication adherence and administer IM injections as ordered
  • Manage medication inventory, refills, and supplies
  • Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every 6 months
  • Record vitals and support prescriber visits
  • Provide medication education to clients, families, and team members
  • Deliver care in the community—meeting clients where they are
  • Participate in rotating on-call and crisis response coverage
  • Transport clients to appointments and community resources as needed
