About The Position

Work Schedule and Shift Premiums 6:45pm - 7:15am three 12-hour shifts per week including every other weekend 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour, 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour, and weekend premium is $2.00/hour S.B. 690 skilled nursing premium is an additional $3.40/hour Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Valid Michigan LPN or RN license or able to get a Michigan endorsement BLS certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital), ACLS, and TEAM required within one year (also available through Hillsdale Hospital) Responsibilities Evaluates patients' and residents' health and implements plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and members of the care team Administers treatment, medications and IV solutions according to physician’s orders Observes and evaluates symptoms and reactions to treatment; initiates corrective action if needed Documents and maintains records and reports regarding nursing care provided Why Hillsdale Hospital Hillsdale Hospital’s McGuire & MacRitchie Skilled Nursing Facility has been recognized as a Best Nursing Home for 2024 and 2025 by U.S. News & World Report. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Valid Michigan LPN or RN license or able to get a Michigan endorsement
