About The Position
Mosaic in Beatrice is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their healthcare team. Requirements
- BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program
- Active Nebraska nursing license in good standing
- Valid driver's license required
- At least 1-2 year of general nursing experience
- Current CPR and First Aid (FA) certification
- Proficiency with computers and technology is required for daily documentation and task management
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and the ability to teach individuals from diverse cultures and learning styles

- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals
- Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety
- Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve
- Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges
