About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home care to clients in the Brant and Surrounding area. The role emphasizes personalized care, real conversations, and connections, moving away from traditional hospital settings with multiple patients. AdvisaCare has also expanded its other divisions, offering PD/HH and Hospice positions, available for shift work or visits. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with experience in all aspects of homecare.
Requirements
- Proven nursing experience
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Compassionate with good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
