About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity inpatient oncology unit specializing in the care of patients with leukemia and lymphoma . This role is ideal for a clinically strong oncology nurse who is passionate about delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care in a collaborative hospital environment. The RN will practice within a professional nursing model, demonstrating advanced clinical judgment, advocacy, and leadership at the bedside.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute adult inpatient oncology experience , with direct exposure to leukemia and lymphoma patients.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred .
• Active New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact license .
• BLS (American Heart Association) – Required
• Chemotherapy Certification (ONS) – Required

Nice To Haves

• Telemetry Certification – Preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients undergoing treatment for leukemia and lymphoma in an acute inpatient setting.
• Perform and document detailed patient assessments based on diagnosis, acuity, and functional health frameworks.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care using evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Safely administer and monitor chemotherapy and related oncology treatments in accordance with certification standards.
• Promote best practices and clinical innovations to improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care priorities and support patient flow.
