About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hamilton, NY.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NY State or Compact).
- Previous Medical/Surgical experience required.
- BLS (required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Sorian EMR preferred.
- ACLS (preferred)
- PALS (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
