Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN license (required)
- Previous home health care experience
- Instructor experience in nursing
- IV insertion and infusion experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards
- Supervise, mentor, and support field nursing staff in a home health care setting
- Conduct staff orientation, ongoing education, and Registered Nurse applicant interviews
- Provide and oversee patient-cantered care in accordance with individualized Plans of Care
- Perform and supervise skilled nursing services, including: IV insertion and infusion therapy Blood glucose monitoring In-home blood draws and injections Medication setup, administration, and compliance monitoring Vital signs assessment Tube, drain, and ostomy care Comprehensive elder care management
