About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Washington State RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient health status
- Record patient medical history, symptoms, and care updates
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing changes
- Assist with medical procedures and patient examinations
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Collect blood, urine, and other specimens for laboratory testing
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
