Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care (ICU) experience
• Minimum 2 years of Conscious Sedation experience
• Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program
• Active New York State RN License Primary Source Verification from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
