About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support Adult Intensive Care Units (ICU) in a fast-paced acute care environment. Unit placement will be based on prior ICU experience. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and comfortable delivering high-acuity care with minimal orientation or supervision. This role is best suited for ICU professionals with prior experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma hospitals and familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records .

Requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• BLS certification (must be current or able to recertify)
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent ICU or acute care experience in a comparable hospital setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers
• EPIC EMR experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adult patients
• Perform detailed patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
