Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities related to nursing clinical areas across the continuum of care. Serve as a strategic consultant for nursing clinical performance initiatives to create, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted competency-based programs, delivery mechanisms, and clinical performance. Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of multi-faceted, competency-based nursing programs across the continuum of care to optimize clinical performance and professional development. Partner with cross-functional leadership and staff to analyze educational needs, serving as a strategic consultant for inter-professional programs that ensure practice at the highest extent of licensure. Utilize specialized tools and measurements to evaluate the achievement of learning goals, managing high-level performance standards and clinical competency processes across the organization. Manage a full-time schedule focused on clinical orientation and on-boarding, maintaining the flexibility to work varied hours and travel between sites to meet specific unit or operational needs.
