About The Position

The Registered Nurse Clinical Lead will lead and facilitate the daily operations of the unit by supporting the implementation of evidence-based practice, while serving as a resource within the organization for information, education, and training for the safe and efficient daily operations ensuring optimal care for the patients.

Requirements

• Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program. For new hires after 2012, Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required within specified timeframe as outlined in the New Hire BSN Agreement policy (126.045).
• Require two (2) years of current satisfactory registered nurse experience.
• Require successful completion of Annual Total Hip and Knee Joint Replacement education/programmatic requirements upon hire and then annually as outlined in the orthopedic total hip and knee education plan.
• BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
• FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
