How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate unit staffing and lead the implementation of clinical objectives to ensure high-quality patient care and safety. Exercise independent judgement to plan shifts, manage resources/supplies, and set priorities based on patient and physician dynamics. Assign, monitor, and educate nursing staff while providing input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop patient care assignments to meet productivity standards, justify variances, and resolve care-related complaints through proper channels. Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
