Requirements

Current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
Minimum two years of hospital or clinical nursing experience
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize patient needs confidently
Excellent communication skills — with patients, physicians, and teammates
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

Build meaningful, long-term connections with patients through direct, consistent contact
Conduct phone triage and respond to clinical inquiries with sound judgment and care
Educate patients on medication management, health precautions, and care plans
Uphold HIPAA guidelines to always ensure patient confidentiality
Manage test results, medication refills, and prior authorizations
Perform lab draws, specimen collection, immunizations, and EKGs
Collaborate closely with physicians and staff to deliver coordinated, top-quality care
