Requirements

• Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse - Various
• Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Triage: Execute expert telephone triage, optimize patient flow, and coordinate all aspects of patient care.
• Clinical Duties: Administer medications, perform patient assessments, interpret test results, and meticulously document all patient interactions and care provided. Enter orders precisely as directed by healthcare providers.
• Education & Advising: Act as the subject matter expert for patient and family education, identifying specific learning needs and providing actionable advice and clinical recommendations.
• Operational Support: Schedule patient appointments and delegate tasks to clinical staff, ensuring alignment with demonstrated competencies and professional scope of practice.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: Work effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team atmosphere, displaying excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Versatility: Be prepared to cover Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or other administrative office duties as clinic needs dictate.
