How you’ll make an impact in this role Drive revenue growth and cost-containment strategies by monitoring annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring all financial targets align with organizational KPIs. Direct the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, and progressive discipline—while fostering a high-performance culture through continuous coaching and clinical training. Synchronize staffing patterns with physician schedules to maximize patient throughput, reduce "bottleneck" wait times, and minimize overtime expenses. Spearhead performance improvement (PI) initiatives that leverage data to enhance clinical efficiency, patient safety scores, and overall health outcomes. Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven marketing plans that increase brand visibility and expand the patient referral base.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Leadership experience preferred.
