As a registered nurse case manager, you will: supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment participate in an on-call rotation this is a limited term position with the potential to turn into permanent employment.
Requirements
- current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- previous nursing experience
Responsibilities
