About The Position

As a CICU RN, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions. This role allows you to develop and utilize advanced skills in cardiac nursing. Working in the CICU, you will play a critical role in saving lives and improving patient outcomes. CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center is the largest and most advanced heart and vascular center in Central Minnesota, providing care for more than 60,000 patients each year! To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment. Requirements

Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred
BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired
Current Minnesota RN license required
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider care required
Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program
