About The Position

We are seeking a Cardiac Surgery ICU Registered Nurse (CSICU RN) to join our highly skilled critical care team. In this role, you will provide direct care to post-operative cardiac patients in an intensive care environment. This is a night shift position with rotating weekends. As part of our cardiovascular team, you will utilize your acute care knowledge to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, including open-heart procedures.

Requirements

• Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License (with FL eligibility)
• At least 1 year of Acute Care RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• ICU experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• CCRN Certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years)

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and implement care plans
