Registered Nurse - Assertive Community Treatment
About The Position
The ACT Registered Nurse is a core member of the ACT team, providing community-based psychiatric nursing services, medication management, health education, and care coordination for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). The RN ensures safe medication handling, promotes whole-person health, and collaborates closely with multidisciplinary team members. This role may also include flexible nursing and clinical-support duties within the broader clinic while maintaining ACT fidelity and prioritizing ACT caseload responsibilities. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $6,000 relocation assistance. Eligibility for both State and National Health Service Corp Loan repayment programs.
