We offer Same Day Pay Options NOW HIRING: RMAs for Assisted LivingSpring Arbor of Fredericksburg is looking for caring and dedicated Registered Medication Aides (RMA) to join our Assisted Living team! You’ll play a key role in managing medication administration and supporting daily care services for our residents under the guidance of our Resident Care Director. Open Shifts Available: 1st Shift 6:00AM- 2:00PM 3rd Shift 10:00PM-6:00AM We also offer PRN with flexible scheduling and SAME DAY PAY OPTIONS! Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CNA or PCA Certification Required
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification Required
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Med Tech Certification (state-specific)
Responsibilities
- Administer and document medication per physician’s orders and state regulations
- Ensure timely medication administration and refills
- Communicate with physicians and medical professionals regarding care plans
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, etc.
