Registered Medication Aide (RMA) / Resident Care Assistant Spring Arbor Senior Living – Fredericksburg, VA (5308 River Rd, 22407) Earn up to $23.26/hr — Based on Years of Experience! We offer Same Day Pay Options NOW HIRING: RMAs for Assisted Living Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg is looking for caring and dedicated Registered Medication Aides (RMA) to join our Assisted Living team! You’ll play a key role in managing medication administration and supporting daily care services for our residents under the guidance of our Resident Care Director. Open Shifts Available: 1st Shift 6:00AM- 2:00PM 3rd Shift 10:00PM-6:00AM We also offer PRN with flexible scheduling and SAME DAY PAY OPTIONS!

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
CNA or PCA Certification Required
Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification Required
Current CPR, First Aid, and Med Tech Certification (state-specific)

Responsibilities

Administer and document medication per physician’s orders and state regulations
Ensure timely medication administration and refills
Communicate with physicians and medical professionals regarding care plans
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, etc.
Respond to resident emergency call systems
