Requirements
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) 68 hour course Certification – Required
- CNA or PCA/DCS Certification – Required
- CPR & First Aid Certifications (or ability to obtain)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Caring, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference!
Responsibilities
- Administer & document medications according to physician orders
- Ensure timely medication distribution and manage reorders
- Communicate with doctors & medical professionals about resident care
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
- Respond to emergency call systems to ensure resident safety
