Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent – Required
- CNA or PCA Certification – Required
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
- CPR & First Aid Certification – Required
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, & a team player
Responsibilities
- Administer & document medications according to physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor & order medications to ensure timely availability
- Communicate with physicians & medical professionals regarding residents' medications & treatments
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care
- Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
