Requirements

• NMC Registration
• Minimum 6 months experience post qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
• To meet compliance requirements including DBS.
• Right to work in the UK- Proof will be required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning and implementation of care including completion of documents.
• Administer medications via the appropriate route and ensure appropriate nutritional intake.
• Communicate with patients and their families.
• Supervise junior staff
• Discharge planning
