About The Position
The Center at Lowry is looking for a Registered Dietician to join our growing team! This position will be full time with full benefits. The Center at Lowry is seeking a Registered Dietician for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will work with a dynamic therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions. Our Center strives to provide top quality nursing and rehabilitation services to our patients and we are looking for a motivated Registered Dietician with these same goals to join our interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Colorado Registered Dietitian
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree
- SNF/LTAC experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Conducting and documenting Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients including initial and on-going nutritional assessments, care planning, patient monitoring, patient counseling and training regarding diets
- Assists in calculating and/or interpreting of diet orders
- Monitors and evaluates patient food services.
