About The Position
Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.
Requirements
- Two years of experience
- NY State Certificate OR CDR - required Primary Source Verification - required
- Bachelor's degree - required
- AHA BLS - required
- English | Read | Write | Speak
- NY State Certificate OR CDRRegistered Dietician (000359)
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree - preferred
