About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), either full-time or part-time, who embodies a profound passion for transforming the lives of children and their families. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients in their homes under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT is responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting accurate data, and supporting skill acquisition to improve the client’s quality of life.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow detailed behavior plans
Demonstrated strong skills in communication and behavior management.
Ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively.
Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly and safely.
Strong skills in writing.
Demonstrated capacity for empathy and creative problem solving.
Comfortable with providing and receiving regular feedback

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
Provide direct ABA therapy services in clients’ homes
Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data
Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, and behavior reduction techniques
Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the BACB
Attend required supervision sessions, team meetings, and trainings
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times
