About The Position

We're currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team! Hours of position: Some days 9a-6 and others 10a-7p - Mon-Thursday, 36 hours per week Day to day as a Registered Behavior Technician - Clinic Based As a Registered Behavior Technician at our clinic in Lakewood, CO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA Therapy programs to our clients. Working closely under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide intensive behavioral support with uninterrupted treatment sessions. Your dedication to attending training sessions and maintaining open communication with the BCBA will ensure the effectiveness of your supervision. By diligently following our billing practices, collecting session data, and creating detailed session notes, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of therapy services to our clients. Your commitment to excellence in implementing these protocols will greatly impact the progress and well-being of those we serve. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Should be familiar with interventions and teaching procedures based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) such as Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
  • Should be comfortable receiving and applying feedback from the clinic behavior analyst on a regular basis.
  • Ability to sit on floor, run and move up and down stairs.
  • Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience working with children preferred
