About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in our Virginia Beach clinic. This role is ideal for experienced, compassionate RBTs who want consistent weekday hours, strong BCBA support, and a collaborative, team -focused environment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong professionalism and reliability
• Compassionate, team -oriented approach
• Availability to work weekdays in Virginia Beach, VA
• Ability to pass background screening

Nice To Haves

• ABA or pediatric clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and documentation
• Maintain a positive and supportive therapy environment
• Collaborate with the clinical team and families
